Broadway, east side, north from West 55th Street. The two story taxpayer with the Hudson Motor Co. sign atop, is at the N. E. corner of this point. Occupying a similar location at 56th Street, is the Broadway Tabernacle Church. Adjoining same is the Cadillac Motor Co. at 57th Street. Above, utilizing the 57th to 58th Street frontage are the 26 story No. 1778 Broadway and the 20 story U. S. Rubber Co. buildings. In 1940 the latter will remove to their new building in Rockefeller Center on Sixth Avenue. Separating the aforementioned structures is the 12 story Goodrich Tire Co. Bldg. Note the twin towered Century Apartments up Broadway. This is located on Central Park West and West 62nd Street. January 8, 1939 May 21, 1939 P. L. Sperr
