(1) Dobbs Health Station and Infant Clinic, 519 East 86th Street, north side, east of York Avenue. The wing of this building is a frame structure. August 2, 1927 P. L. Sperr (2) The same, showing the adjoining house, which is No. 517. 1932 J. Clarence Davies Collection, Museum of the City of New York The New York Sun of December 22, 1938 reports the filing of plans for a modern, 6 story apartment on the present site of Nos. 517-21 E. 86th Street. This structure, at a cost of $175,000 will rise to the west of Misericorde Hospital and stand where the three buildings in the larger view are.
