In 1939 these premises will be occupied by the Ass'n to Promote Proper Housing for Girls Inc. as the Club Marshall-Jay after vacating quarters at 107-11 East 30th Street. An account of same will be found in the N.Y. Times of January 26, 1939. October 28, 1930 View 2: Mar. 27, 1938 P.L. Sperr No. 3: The same location, including in addition several of the adjoining buildings on Lexington Avenue. There has been no change here as of June, 1940, tho a new apartment structure has been discussed. March 23, 1938 George D. Chinn
