No. 538 is a two story frame house separating the corner property (No. 67 Old Broadway) from the stone garage (No. 536 West 131st Street). At the right margin appears a portion of the old frame building at the S.W. corner, bearing No's. 66 Old Broadway and 570 West 131st Street.
