Ninth Avenue, west side, north from W. 27th Street, showing the easterly side of Chelsea Park, the Public Bath (at No. 407-13 W. 28th Street), the new steel structure of the Post Office's Parcel Post Office and the Ninth Avenue "El." The park occupies the entire block between Ninth and Tenth Avenues, extending from 27th to 28th Streets.
