210-212 W. 63rd Street (6 story tenement), south side, of Amsterdam Avenue, as viewed southward from 64th Street and across a vacant area between same and 63rd Street. To the right and left of the enumerated structure are respectively, the Children's Aid Society (formerly given as the Industrial School) and the former Union Baptist Church. The latter is now occupied by followers of a colored evangelist "Father Divine". Note the utilization of the cleared area on the North side of W. 63rd Street for a playground for children of the neighborhood. July 15, 1938 P. L. Sperr
