They are from left to right, the low New York State Bldg., the Federal Courts Bldg., the Municipal Bldg., the Tombs and the Criminal Courts Bldg. The two last mentioned only appear partially and are opposite a cleared are on the east side of Centre Street where their successors will rise. View No. 2 is from Franklin Street, one block to the South and shows mainly the Leonard Street side of the New York State Bldg. June 10, 1938. Views 1 and 2 P. L. Sperr
