Manhattan: 5th Avenue - Between 64th and 65th Streets

(1) Fifth Avenue, east side, south from East 65th (left) to 64th (right) Streets, as viewed from the 65th Street transverse road thru Central Park. These structures in 1925 were listed as the properties of the following individuals: Sophie A. Sherman (No. 837); Kate Bover (No. 836); F. Lewisohn (No. 835); A. S. Guggenheimer (No. 833); M. V. Hoggin (No. 830). March 10, 1929 P. L. Sperr. (2) A northward view from East 64th Street, showing the site for a modern apartment house, (No. 830 Fifth Avenue) being prepared. This included the entire block front exclusive of the corner structures as shown. The corner house is the James Ben Ali Haggin mansion. Aug. 15, 1929 P. L. Sperr.
