Richmond: Richmond Terrace - Pelton Avenue
(1) 1262 Richmond Terrace, east side, south of Pelton Avenue, showing a front view of the Pelton House. It was in part erected about 1730, another part was added about 1776, and was the headquarters of General Cortlandt Skinner during the Revolution. It is said that Prince William Henry, afterwards King William IV, was here once.
