Manhattan: 42nd Street - 6th Avenue

(1) Bryant Park and New York Public Library, looking east from the Bush Terminal Building west of Sixth Avenue, showing the sky-scrapers of the Grand Central region. The four tall ones, from left to right, are: the Chrysler Building on the N.E. corner of Lexington Avenue and 42nd Street, the Lincoln Building (almost completely hiding the Chanin Building) at 60 East 42nd Street, the Lefcourt Colonial Building at the S.E. corner of Madison Avenue and 41st Street, and 10 East 40th Street at the right.
