East 35th St., south side, west from (No.24) a point slightly east of Madison Ave., and across same, to 5th Avenue (right) and showing across a vacant lot at the S. E. corner of Madison Ave., the B. Altman & Co. Department Store occupying the entire block bounded by Madison & 5th Avenues and E. 34th to 35th Sts.
