Manhattan: 35th Street (East) - Madison Avenue

East 35th Street, south side, east from Madison to Park Aves., and showing on the right side a structure that will be demolished in conjunction with several other Madison Ave. buildings. Upon this corner site will rise a 15-story apartment house that will be known as 20 East 35th Street. On the extreme left is a vacant lot at the rear of an apartment house at the S.W. corner of Park Ave. July, 22, 1937. P. L. Sperr.
