Manhattan: Broadway - Vesey Street

Broadway, west side, from Vesey to Barclay Streets, showing the old Astor House, erected in 1832. The far corner of this site will be utilized for the 44 story Transportation Building in 1926. In 1912 in the block above will rise the towering Woolworth Building. At the right margin appears a glimpse of this site.
