Manhattan: Park Avenue - 73rd Street
Park Avenue, north on west side from and including 73rd Street. On the N. W. corner of 73rd Street, in front of new building under construction, stands the old Sunnyside apartments, which will shortly be demolished, as will the building on the S. W. corner.
