Manhattan: Park Avenue - 74th Street

Park Avenue, at north east corner of 74th Street. The five-story corner house dates back at least to the 1890's. The apartment house next to it, No. 101 East 74th Street, was built about 1917. This corner lot was the object of a real estate deal in 1926 with the idea of erecting a new building; but nothing came of it. June 8, 1928. P.L. Sperr, photographer.
