Watts Street, west from Sullivan Street and including the future Sixth Avenue Extension. 42 Watts Street, the frame house with the brick facing on the 46tSullivan Street side, is one of the buildings which will have to be demolished. Nos. 53,55 Watts Street, on the south side, between the loft building, and the three 5-story tenement houses, are also brick-faced frames. 1926.
