(1) and (2) Sixth Avenue and Sullivan Street, north from Broome Street. The former is thru the center and the Butterick Building fronts on same at Spring Street. This structure bears No. 161 Sixth Avenue. Buildings at the left are included with this thoroughfare tho previously they faced on the now obliterated Clark Street. To the right appears an extensive view up Sullivan Street. The C.G. Hussey & Co. occupy the two-story building, No. 140-8 Sixth Avenue. F5 - Neg: 2724 P. L.
