Manhattan: MacDougal Street - Houston Street

(1) A bit of early New York, 69 to 77 MacDougal Street, on the west side, north of Houston Street. August 10, 1927. P. L. Sperr. (2) 77 to 71 MacDougal Street, the same group of houses seen from the north, six years later. The Roma Restaurant has become The Fortunio. No. 69, the house adjoining it on the south, has been remodelled out of recognition, leaving only four out of the original six houses in this group. No. 67 was demolished some time between 1922 and 1927. May 23, 1933. P. L. Sperr.
