Manhattan: West Broadway - Grand Street
West Broadway, west side, south from Grand Street, showing this thoroughfare subsequent to the "El" demolition. Appearing prominently is St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, separating the Hall from the Rectory. To the left is Canal Street and towards which the photographer is approaching in View 2. No. 3 shows solely the 1-story taxpayer at the S.W. corner of West Broadway and Grand Street.
