280 Broadway, east side, north from Chamber's (right) to Reade (left) Streets, showing prominently the Sun Building (formerly the Stewart Building). To the right on Chambers Street one has an extensive view eastward to Centre Street, where the huge Municipal Building straddles this thoroughfare.
