From left to right the outstanding buildings are, No. 120 Wall Street, the City Bank-Farmers Trust Co., the Sixty Wall Tower, the Bank of Manhattan, the Irving Trust Co., the Equitable and the Singer. Views 2 and 3 are similar. Note in the center foreground of the former, the South Ferry Divison of the Second and Third Avenue "El" running on Pearl Street. Above same appears the smokestacks of the New York Steam Co. plant. To the right are the 25 and 28 story buildings comprising the insurance center around John and Platt Streets.
