Celebrations, Parades and Municipal Events: A set of two views showing the Black Elks marching northward on Seventh Ave. past West 125th Street. The photographer's vantage point is at West 126th Street in No. 1 and at West 127th Street in No. 2, viewing south-westward to show buildings on the west side of the Avenue. The large 12 story structure seen is the Hotel Theresa, which occupies the entire block front from 124th to 125th Streets. Decoration Day Parade May 30, 1931. George L. Balgue.
