Market Slip, west side, north from and including Water, to and including Cherry Streets. Also shown is Water Street, at, adjoining and west of the N.W. corner of Market Slip. The white corner structure, (No. 98 Market Slip), the one story garage adjacent and five story tenement (No. 428 Water Street) are to be demolished by the New York City Housing Authority, according to the New York Sun of September 12, 1938.
