Manhattan: 69th Street (East) - 5th Avenue

(1) 1-7 East 69th Street, at, adjoining and east of the N.E. corner of Fifth Ave. The 5-story mansion directly at the corner is No. 1, while the 3-story former garage has no number. The vacant lots formerly were Nos. 3-7 and are at the rear of the former Marshall Field residence (Nos. 4-8 East 70th Street inclusive), where they formed a garden. This has lately been sold (See The New York Times- March 23, 1937) and the purchaser's will erect two 12-story apartment houses here. March 29, 1937. P. L. Sperr. (2) The same.
