Manhattan: Riverside Drive - 165th Street

Riverside Drive (thoroughfare in the foreground, extending from right to left margins), at West 165th Street (intersection at the right) and viewing northeastward towards the Columbia University Presbyterian Hospital Center. The photographers vantage point is in the park area on the west side of the Drive, opposite the New York Institution for the Deaf which does not appear in these (3) views. This medical center occupies the land east of the Drive, between same and Broadway, from West 165th north to 168th Street. May 23, 1929. P. L. Sperr.
