Manhattan: Bedford Street - Commerce Street

74 to 48 Bedford Street, east side, south from Commerce to and including Seventh Ave. (Extension), showing in the foreground four 3-story frame houses with brick fronts (Nos. 70 to 64). The 6-story apartment house (No. 62-60) shown is at, what was formerly the N.E. corner of Morton Street (prior to the extension of Seventh Ave;). Building on the extreme right (bearing bank sign) is No. 48 and adjoining the N.E. corner of Leroy Street; Bedford Street at that point being only 37 feet long between Seventh Ave. and Leroy Street.
