Manhattan: 7th Avenue - 58th Street

Seventh Avenue, west side, from West 58th (left) to 59th (right, also known as Central Park South) Street's, showing the buildings constituting the Central Park Gardens. This became the Central Park Riding Academy. Note the unimproved corner lots in the foreground. The Central Park Apartments (popularly known as the Spanish Flats) were erected at the right and which in turn were replaced with the New York Athletic Club in 1928.
