Manhattan: 6th Avenue - 50th Street (West)

Sixth Avenue, from W. 50th to 51st Streets. View No. 1 is south from 51st Street and shows the old car- barn on the west side of this frontage. This was de- molished. The site provides a vantage point for the additional views. There the view point is respectively southeast and north east; the station being at 50th St. Beyond same is the future Rockefeller Center site. Under construction is the Grand Central Building.
