326 Howard Avenue, west side, south of Eddy Street, showing the pond on the John Gans estate. The estate was formerly owned by George H. Kendall and was called "Kenwood" (1907-1898). Prior to that it was the estate of W. B. Duncan (1874). The three views were taken the same day. May 18, 1926. P. L. Sperr.
