326 Howard Avenue, west side, south of Eddy Street, showing the south end of the John Gans mansion as seen from the estate grounds. The estate was known as "Kenwood" when it was owned by George H. Kendall (1907-1898). It was earlier the property of W. B. Duncan (1874). The three views were taken the same day. May 17, 1926. P. L. Sperr.
