308-314 Eight Avenue, east side, between W 25th and 26th Streets, showing Miner's Theatre. This structure, originally built in 1881, was rebuilt in 1904 after a fire the preceding year. In 1913 it closed, to be later reopened as the Chelsea (Movie Theatre). International News Photo 1910
