Queens: Queens Boulevard - 70th Avenue

Queens Boulevard, south side, (of the old Hoffman Boulevard), between Seventieth Avenue (right) and 70th Road (left), showing John E. Backus' house. The one-story shed at the extreme right of the house does not show in the 1927 Queens Atlas. This is a set of four views. An occupant of this house was Jacob W. Zipp in 1924. Other owners were E.
