Bronx: Palisade Avenue - Independence Avenue
2505 Palisade Avenue, south side, east of Independence Avenue, showing an old frame house, on Spuyten Duyvil Hill. It belonged to G. E. Mann in 1879; and to D. B. Cox in 1900. The view is eastward toward the Bronx end of the Henry Hudson Bridge. Palisade Avenue is the road on the left, with fence. P. L. Sperr May 25, 1937
