Manhattan: 6th Avenue - 36th Avenue
Sixth Avenue, west side, north from West 35th to 36th St's., showing the easterly side of the triangular Herald Building. Occupants at this date include Rogers, Peet & Co. The northerly portion will shortly be razed for a modern office structure. The apex will remain until the Spring of 1940, when it will in turn be demolished. 1939 saw the demolishment of the Sixth Ave. "El" whose shadow appears at the right. May 15, 1925 P. L. Sperr
