Manhattan: Varick Street - Charlton Street

179, 181 Varick Street, west side, between Charlton and King Streets. A loft building is to be erected between No. 179 and the N.W. corner of Charlton Street. These two houses will be torn down about 1931 and replaced by a Stewart's Cafeteria. February 11, 1926. Underwood & Underwood.
