2-56 Broad Street, west side, from Wall Street to north of Beaver Street. On the right is the New York Stock Exchange. The dark building in the centre is the 17-story Johnston Building, which will be replaced in 1931 by the 48-story Continental Bank Trust Company Building. Immediately beyond it is the Ocean Cable Offices Building and beyond this is the building of the Wall Street Journal. About 1920. Ewing Galloway.
