Manhattan: Old Slip - Water Street

Old Slip, adjoining (5-story house, No. 23), and at the S.E. corner of Water Street, showing the Arbuckle Building at the corner, and bearing No. 73 Water Street. Also shown is Hanover Square, south side, which begins at this point (Water Street), and continues westward to Stone Streets, being actually a continuation of Old Slip. The W.R. Grace & Co. Building occupies the block from Water to Pearl Streets, and bears Nos. 13-3 Hanover Square, as well as Nos. 62-68 on Water, and 102-106 on Pearl Streets. In the background, is discernible a portion of the South Ferry branch of the Second and Third Ave. Elevated Lines on Pearl Street. Across same appears the 3-story India House occupying the block from Pearl to Stone Streets, and bearing Nos. 101 on Pearl and 64-66 on Stone Streets.
