Manhattan: Park Avenue - 40th Street

(1) Park Avenue, east side at 40th Street, seen from a considerable height. On the N.E. corner stands the Architects' Building, 101 Park Avenue, built about 1916. On the S.E. corner may be seen the Nurses' Club, and next to it the National Navy Club. The other buildings facing Park Avenue in that block, beginning with the small 3-story house to the right of the Navy Club, will be demolished in 1931.
