Manhattan: Pleasant Avenue - 122nd Street

Pleasant Avenue, at, adjoining, and south of the S.W. corner of 122nd Street. The four-story frame house in the centre is 415 Pleasant Avenue. The new corner building nearing completion has replaced two other four-story frames. 1932. J. Clarence Davies Collection, Museum of the City of New York.
