Manhattan: Park Avenue - 92nd Street

Park Avenue, south from end including 92nd Street. Nos. 1155 Park Avenue (with awning), on the S. E. corner of 92nd Street, dates back to about 1913; but the other tall apartments nearby are much newer. The three nearest on the west side were built since 1925, No. 1135 on the S. E. corner of 91st Street about 1923, and the next below it since 1925. Widening of the Avenue at the expense of the parks will not take place up here till 1929. June 3, 1928 P.L.
