318 to 304 Broadway, east side, south from Pearl to and including Duane Streets, showing a row of buildings (Nos. 318 to 306) occupying this block front. No. 304 is the 16-story Vincent Building at the S.E. corner of Duane Street. These structures remain the same today (1937). June 3, 1904. Brown Brothers.
