Yellowstone Boulevard, east side between Fleet and Exeter Streets, showing in 4 views the William Boerum farmhouse of 1852 to 1860. Other owners were Mrs. Boerums Estate, 1873; A Miller, 1873 to 1909; Ed. England owner and subsequent occupant; Pennsylvania Railroad, 1923, and one Weiner an occupant in 1923.
