Bronx: Bronx and Pelham Par - Williamsbridge Road
Bronx and Pelham Parkway, west from Williamsbridge Road. The hand-sign with the inscription Woodmansten Inn, points to the famous inn situated at the N.W. corner of Williamsbridge Road and Van Nest Aves. It was a familiar gathering place for visitors to the Morris Park Race Track, which it adjoined. About 1923.
