Bronx: Pelham Parkway South - Sacket Avenue
Morris Park Race Track (Bronx): Viewing north across the fashionable track from near the grand stand. The track was bounded on the east by Williamsbridge Road; on the west by Barnes Avenue; on the north by Pelham Parkway; and on the south by Sackett Avenue. In June, 1913 "the most remarkable real estate sale in the history of the city", as the New York Times commented editorially, took place when the track property was offered for auction by Joseph P.
