Manhattan: Wall Street - Broad Street

Wall Street, east from a point to the east of Broad Street. In the right center is the distinctive Merchants Exchange. This occupies the entire block frontage from William to Hanover Street's. It is later to become the U. S. Custom House. On their removal to the new Custom House at Bowling Green, the National City Bank will take over. Note the scaffold suspended at the corner.
