173, 171, 169 Christopher Street, north side, between West and Washington Streets. No. 171 is the one-story frame shed in the center of the picture. In front of No. 173 stands the New York Public Library's Circulation Department truck, which travels about the Bronx. March 8, 1929. P. L. Sperr. The same, three years later.
