Richmond: Arthur Kill Road - Woodrow Road

1260 Arthur Kill Road, adjoining the S.W. corner of Woodrow Road. This house belonged to Dr. D. A. Edgar in 1874, and later (1898) to David J. Tysen. In 1907 it was owned by Wm. Fitzgerald and in 1917 by David J. Tysen. The dates refer to maps on which the names of the owners are recorded. April 9, 1927 P. L. Sperr
