Manhattan: Broadway - 30th Street
Broadway, east side, at 30th Street. The building on the S.E. corner, and the Janssen Hofbrau adjoining it, will be torn down within the next six months, and replaced by a four-story building. January 29, 1928. P. L. Sperr.
