Manhattan: Broadway - 30th Street

Broadway, at and adjoining the S.E. corner of 30th Street. The corner building and the Janssen restaurant adjoining it will be torn down within the next six months, and replaced by a four-story building. January 29, 1928. P. L. Sperr.
