Queens: Vernon Boulevard - 43rd Road

Vernon Boulevard, north from and across 43rd Road. At the N.E. corner of 43rd Road is an old peak-roofed house, also shown in view 2. In the background is the Queensborough Bridge; just this side of the bridge are the Calman Varnish Works. At the S.E. corner of 43rd Road formerly (1891) stood the Ravenswood glass works.
